Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Haboke Backdrop. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

  1. Return Window You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to log a return or exchange request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  2. How to Initiate a Return Step 1: Contact our customer support team at support@habokebackdrop.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Step 2: Once approved, our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct return shipping address. Step 3: Pack the item securely and clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Important Note: Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

  1. Return Shipping Fees If the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Haboke Backdrop will cover all return shipping costs. If the return is due to personal reasons (such as choosing the wrong size, changing your mind, or ordering the wrong design), the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping fees. We do not charge any restocking fees.

  2. Refunds and Processing Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.). Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer or bank policies.

  3. Damaged or Defective Items Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the backdrop arrives damaged or defective, contact us at support@habokebackdrop.com within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund immediately.
